We are manufacturer, all machines are produced by our own factory.

1-3 days if in stock; 5-7 days if not in stock. (According to order quantity as well).

Warranty is 1 year, all spare parts can be replaced for free within 1 year if broken(not including man made). The warranty will begin from when you receive the machine.

Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 50% in advance, balance before shipment.

We have a professional technical team and great after-sales service. We will also send you user manual and cleaning&maintenance manual. We will solve every problem which you meet during the installation and packing production in time.

Yes, we can print logo on your machine.

Usually it is packed in foam and carton. If customers need, we can use wooden box packaging.

All products sold on the platform are priced per unit by default. If you are a wholesaler or purchasing multiple units, please contact us directly and we will provide you with a more favorable price.

We strive to photograph our products in natural light to represent colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to different monitor display settings.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
